Job Description

We are a multinational company which is developing iron ore resource in Taliabu Island, North Maluku. The project is under-construction. We need talent and professional candidates, experienced, strong leadership to joint and build together our team as :

HRGA Job Description

Division: HRD & GA

Department: HRD

Position: HRD Supervisor

Main Job:

- Fulfilling the employees necessity according to the Department requirement

- Recruiting eligible and competent employees

- Interviewing candidates of employees

- Coordinating with all Department Heads regarding employment

- Coordinating with external parties (Village Office, Immigration Office, Tax Office, Bank, Ministry of Labor and Transmigration, Hospitals, BPJS, Police Department, etc).

- Monitoring the employees turnover as Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for HRD Department

- Conducting performance evaluation and employees promotion properly

- Monitoring the employees assignment (SPPD, Promotion, and Mutation), including TKA

- Checking the employees presentation, overtime, medical expense, including BPJS

- Conducting exit interview for resigning employees

- Coordinating soft skill and hard skill training, including in-house training

- Ensuring reimbursement of employees medical expenses based on the regulation

- Composing employees working contract for lower operator level.

- Issuing reference letter

- Managing employees leave based on regulation

- Monitoring the company regulation

- Monitoring the activity of contractor and outsourcing companies, particularly employment administration

- Providing counseling and coaching for troubled employees


- Responsible for self-improvement

- Responsible for competency improvement of HRD Staff

- Responsible for comfort, health and safety of employees in the working area

- Implementing the companys policy and regulation

- Providing reports and inputs for senior official

- Responsible and monitoring the job implementation of direct subordinate

- Can work under pressure

Job Specification/Criteria

- Education: At least graduate degree (Law, Management, Psychology preferable)

- Experience: At least three to five years

- Training: Computer Application (Word, Excel, etc), Leadership, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Problem Analysis.

- Knowledge: Good understanding of Labor Law (Mandatory)

- Assignment: Available for any assignment (Taliabu – North Maluku site)
