Possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact to internal and external party related to preparation and maintain accounting record in accurately and timely manner
Prepares general ledger entries including maintaining records and filing
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting document/record
Update and maintaining accounting journal, ledger and other record detailing financial business transaction (eq. Disbursement, expense voucher, receipts, account payable)
Compile data and variety of reports.
Reconcile record with internal company employees and management, or external vendor and customer
Recommends action to resolve discrepancies Graduated from well-recognised University majoring Accounting
Fresh graduate or below 3 years working experiences is highly considered
Fluent in english written and spoken (all reports and communication are in english)
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
Having strong communication skills, well-organised and autonomous.
Honest, trustworthy detail and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
