- Issue Purchase and Sales Contracts
- Issuance of shipping instruction for FOB shipment based on booking confirmation and vessel details
- Upkeep and follow up of shipment details and schedule
- Monitor of documents submitted by supplier and expedite documents to banker
- Handle Letter of Credits to Supplier
- Despatch of shipping documents to factories
- Basic data entry and admin duties
- Min. Diploma Degree
- Min. 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Know how to use Microsoft Excel
