Crowdo (Previously known as Crowdonomic) is a regional fintech startup offering a full portfolio of crowdfunding solutions including Equity Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Lending. Headquartered in Singapore, it has regional coverage with operational presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
We are expanding our Indonesian sale team and are seeking self-driven and result-orientated candidates to join our organization to drive our revenue generating activities and manage the day-to-day commercial operations.
Suitable candidates will already have accumulated actual sales experience and track record selling discretionary investment products to high net-worth individuals, accredited, other institutional and professional investors.
Key responsibilities are:
1 – Lead revenue generating activities in investor sales, including:
- Identifying potential new clients and developing new accounts in Indonesia
- Manage commercial pipeline and forecast
- Develop client proposals and structure commercial arrangements
- Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase
- Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Any other revenue generating activities according to the Business Plan
2 – Deliver revenue and related KPIs, including:
- Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and budget targets
- Building transaction volume, average commercial agreement value
3 – Establish and maintain database of potential clients, including:
- Client profiles including key contacts
- Listing and prioritization of target clients
- Keep up to date engagement process and status
4 – Keep up-to-date on market trend and competitors’ activities
- 3 to 5 years of relevant investor/financial product sales experience
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented team player with initiative and drive. We are a small growing team and require a ‘hungry / can do’ Startup mindset and attitude
- Must be able to handle a very visible role and act as a brand ambassador of the business
- Must be results-oriented with a focus to deliver top line targets
- Must be independent and able to navigate a resource-constrained and ambiguous Startup environment
- Experience in retail or private banking, wealth management or securities companies will be highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
