At AEON, our goal is to be the retailer that leads the way in offering customers high-quality products at reasonable prices.Responsibilities Assist Sales Manager in the consumer financing area to achieve the sales target and develop the number of merchant acquisition. Able to monitor and control the sales target by daily, weekly monthly and yearly. Maintain and monitor in detail for sales team incentive.
Maintain relationship with merchant and acquisition of new merchant. Builds credit card product strategies through creating marketing program plans to drive business growth and meet business target. Make sure all the sales force equipment, skills and ability are ready and meet the company standards. Conducts regular review on market trend and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities and analyze the market situation and transform into specificaction plan to generate better sales.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of team. Optimize synergy among Product, Marketing, Telemarketing, Credit Policy, and Operation Team. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management or any degree related with Marketing and Sales.
At least has 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in developing and leading sales team. Has strong leadership to lead and manage team sales staffs. Has good people management skill, proven in good communicating and give clear direction and solving problem to make things done properly in the right way.
